He threw quite a few fits about it when no was looking, but he tried to save face to the press and seem as though he were fine with it. He even attended the wedding.
...as much as I dislike Rotti, I don't know if there's any reason to suspect him. Marni really was ill for a long time, and the pregnancy only made it worse. And if he were going to kill one of them, why not kill Nathan instead?
Was he or wasn't he frantic about his wife quite possibly dying? And doesn't Rotti supply a good portion of the population with organs and all things biological?

I don't want to think that she was murdered, not on top of everything else. But it's not something you could put past Rotti.
